Trading Lunch and Dinner 7 Days a Week

We are Currently Seeking a Passionate and Dynamic Kitchen Professional who Pride themselves on their Ability to Deliver Extraordinary Levels of Customer Service and Culinary Expertise.

Experience and Knowledge in Italian Cuisine is desirable but not essential.

Sous Chef 

As Sous Chef you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the kitchen working closely, and reporting directly to the Head chef. Your role will include leading a team who consistently provide exceptional standards of quality food and production, staff management, ordering and cost control. Your ability to understand and input with menu design and current food trends will be highly regarded.

To be Successful in this Role you must be able to Demonstrate:

  • Minimum 2 Years Experience as Sous Chef in a Fast Pace, High Volume Venue
  • Ensuring the Highest Standards and Consistent Quality in the Daily Operations and Delivery of Lunch and Dinner Service
  • Formal Qualifications in Commercial Cookery
  • Strong Leadership Skills with Extensive Experience on Pans and Grill in A La Carte or Bistro Environment
  • Must be able to Assist / Work in All Sections of the Kitchen to the Required Standards
  • Strong Staff Management and Training Skills
  • Adherence to Health and Safety Requirements and Meeting Food Safety Standards
  • Excellent Personal Presentation, Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Maintaining and Minimising of Wastage and Stock Control
  • Ability to Multitask and Work Effectively Under Pressure
