The Financial Report, Directors' Report and Auditor's Report for the 2009/10 financial year are now available to download below. Members may elect to receive, free of charge, a copy of the report in either hardcopy or electronic form. Otherwise, members may access the report below. An election made by a member to receive the report in a particular way is a standing election for each later financial year until a member changes his or her election. If you wish to receive a copy of the report please contact Jessica Sims, Weatherall Administration Centre on 02 6209 5500.

Appointment of Proxy:

Proxy forms are available to members, should they be unable to attend the Annual General Meeting, and wish to vote on agenda business. Members can collect proxy forms, at the Weatherall Administration Centre, 8 Ricardo Street Wanniassa, on weekdays, Wednesday 1st September 2010 to Tuesday 21st September 2010 - 9am to 4.30pm. Nominated proxies must also be members of the Club.
