Tuggeranong Netball Association Inc.

Tuggeranong Netball Association (TNA) is located at Were Street, Calwell. The complex has eight hard courts and nine grass courts, many of which are used all day Saturdays during the Winter Competition. TNA aims to be successful at a representative level but is also committed to providing netball for all ages and skill levels and to developing the skills of its players, coaches and umpires. New players and teams are welcome; however, TNA’s main aim is to provide an enjoyable team sport for as many as possible.

How do I join your Club?

TNA run a winter competition and a summer competition.  Winter begins April and is played at Calwell courts on a Saturday. Clubs and schools begin their registration process around February.  Summer Competition runs for 10 weeks, during the last school term, Wednesday nights is for NSG, juniors and Inters, Monday nights for seniors and mixed competitions.

TNA also run a winter and summer NSG NET program for 4-8 year olds.  This is a 10 week program to introduce our grass root players to netball.  It is a skill based program and lots of fun.

NSG 4-8 year old skill based 10 week program both winter and summer
Year 2-6 school competition
Inters Yr 7- Yr 10
Seniors Yr 11 and above.

Cost:
Each club charges different amounts, but cost to play in the winter competition which runs for approximately 18 weeks starts at around $150, depending on uniform costs and club costs.  NSG Net cost approx. $100 for a 10 week program.

Terms & Conditions:
Be prepared to help out on rosters and have fun.

Training Schedule

These all vary between clubs. Most training is held at the TNA courts in Calwell. Rep training for juniors is Monday nights and Seniors Tuesday nights.
