Please be advised that some temporary changes will come into effect from Monday 28 September 2026.
From this date, the Bistro will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The Town Centre Bistro will be open Wednesday – Sunday from 12pm – 2pm and 6pm – 9pm.
The Bistro menu will be reduced, but we’re keeping all of your favourites.
These changes will help us continue to operate smoothly while we deliver the exciting redevelopment underway.

Open for lunch and dinner, our chefs at Town Centre Bistro are always cooking up a storm. Offering you all your bistro favourites from the classic chicken schnitty to a big juicy steak or even lobster mornay for those feeling a little bit fancy. Dine and unwind overlooking the lush bowling greens and the picturesque Urambi Hills at Town Centre Bistro.

Cafe
Whether you're after a coffee, cake or even an iced chocolate, Moo+Brew Cafe is the spot to meet up with friends and chat the morning or afternoon away. Dig into an extensive selection of fresh sandwiches or, for those of you with a sweet tooth, treat yourself to a delicious range of cakes, slices and tarts that are best enjoyed with a hot chocolate, tea or a barista-made coffee.
