Vikings Rewards

Vikings Rewards is our loyalty program designed to thank and give back to our loyal Members.

If you’re already a Vikings Member, the great news is you’ve already jumped on board and have full access to Vikings Rewards. To access Viking Rewards be sure to sign up as a Vikings Member next time you visit your local Vikings club. Please be aware Memberships are only open to persons 18 years and older.

All it takes is three simple steps;

1. Visit your local Vikings and complete the Membership form.

2. Receive your Membership card and visit the Vikings reward terminals to instantly be rewarded.

3. Swipe and insert your card to be rewarded for all the things you love.

Don’t forget to bring along your driver’s license or another form of government-issued photo identification for verification upon signing up.

Earn Vikings Rewards points for every dollar you spend on food, beverage and in the gaming lounge. You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Plus, you’ll earn bonus Vikings Rewards Points when swiping your Membership card through our Rewards Terminals.

Status Points determine your Reward Level and are not redeemable. For every dollar you spend when you swipe your membership card when you eat, drink or play, you’ll earn Status Points. As you accumulate Status Points and reach new levels, you will unlock higher rewards with even greater benefits.

Level upgrades happen automatically based on the Status Points you earn. Members with high visitation may also be reviewed for an upgrade and unlock Gold as part of our monthly review process.

Level downgrades are reviewed twice a year, the first Tuesday of every February and August, and downgrades are based on the Status Points you have earned in the previous six months.

Once you’ve jumped on board as a Vikings Member, all you need is your Membership card.

Your Membership card is the key to unlocking all your rewards and offers. Simply swipe your Membership card at points of sale to instantly be rewarded with your discount off all food and beverage and to earn Vikings Reward Points.

Visit our Vikings Reward Terminals and swipe your card to earn daily rewards, and use your points to redeem products.

Your Vikings Rewards points will reset to zero every financial year, so be sure to use your points before 30 June. If you’re a Gold, Platinum or Diamond Reward Level Member, your Vikings Rewards Points will never expire.

You can view your point balance and your reward level by swiping your Membership card at our Rewards Terminals. When purchasing food and beverage, your points balance and reward level will also appear at the point of sale. Please also feel free to ask our friendly staff at reception to provide you with a points balance and reward level.

Redeem your reward points on all the things you love:

• Use your Vikings Reward Points to purchase and pay for food or beverage or raffle tickets.

• Redeem your Vikings Reward Points for cash.

Through the Rewards Terminals, use your points to redeem exclusive offers/ promotions.

To update your Membership details, visit your local Vikings and our friendly receptionist will be able to update your details for you on the spot.

Firstly, be sure to check your junk mail, sometimes your mailbox may flag our emails as junk. If still no luck there, we may not have your contact details on file, or you may not be opted in to receive our emails or text messages.

Be sure to see our friendly staff at your local Vikings club and they’ll be able to check if you’re opted in and confirm we have your correct email address on file. Then, you’re all set to start receiving exclusive insights about your Vikings Rewards and what’s on at your local Vikings.
