Graphic Design & Marketing Coordinator

We’re on the lookout for a talented and driven Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Community team. This is an opportunity for a creative all-rounder to take ownership of marketing coordination and in-house graphic design, helping shape how our brand connects with the community.
As our in-house creative person, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging campaigns, producing high-quality content, and supporting initiatives that drive revenue, brand awareness, and community engagement.
About the role
Plan and execute marketing campaigns while creating compelling visual assets across digital and print platforms. From social media content to large-scale promotions, this is a varied role that includes:
Maintain and evolve the brand identity of our clubs including Vikings, Campbell & George, Badger & Co, and Bermagui Country Club
Develop content strategies and coordinate and implement marketing campaigns
Develop and design creative concepts for campaigns, events, and promotions for print and digital
Write compelling copy for campaigns, social media, email direct marketing, and websites
Support marketing and event coordination for community events, sponsorships, and programs at Viking Park
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights
Support loyalty programs and engagement initiatives with members and our community
About you
You’re a creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing both design and coordination work.
You have a degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing and/or graphic design.
You’ve got strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and have started to build a portfolio showcasing your work.
Your experience spans across social media, digital marketing, and content creation, with excellent copywriting and communication skills.
You have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, and a passion for community engagement.
Not essential but highly valued is experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, familiarity with Canva, and email marketing platforms.
